Step 1 - Start the Cheetah DVD Maker by clicking on the Desktop Icon.

Step 2 - Click the Start button...

Step 3 - Click the “Add Items” button to select a DivX video with the .avi file extension... 

Step 4 - If DivX is not installed a window will pop up with a link to download it. Click the download link, then install DivX and reboot the computer.

Note 1 : when downloading the program and email address is not required to download it. Images below

Note 2 : to speed up the install only select the codec check box we only need the codec.

What is a codec?

When DivX is finished installing, close the Cheetah DVD Maker down and reboot your computer. Now you will be able to burn DVDs with DivX video from your camcorder.
